The Coupe de l’Avenir 2024 is intended for horses aged 2 years in 2024 from a Quebec mare and / or a stallion Quebec and groups horses of 4 categories:
2 years old pace colt
2 years old pace filly
2 years trot colt
2 years trot filly
To be eligible for the 2024 Cup, a nomination fee of $ 100 is payable NO LATER THAN 15 APRIL 2024.
In the event of failure to nominate, a late nomination fee of $ 1,000 is applicable and payable NO LATER THAN 15 JUNE 2024.
The nomination fee (or late nomination fee) is payable BY CHECK, addressed to the order of the Club Jockey du Québec and must be sent with the nomination form to the following address:

In each of the qualifying rounds, a start-up fee of $ 200 is payable in cash,by check or online to the race secretary of Hippodrome 3R at least one hour before the start of the race.

All purses offered are warranted and include all nomination fees, departure fees and, where applicable, late nomination fees. No other amounts will be added to the announced awards.
In each of the categories, there are three (3) eliminations and a final with guaranteed purse of $ 55,000.
In order to be eligible for the final of a category, a horse must have started in at least two (2) elimination races.
